Carosel are a band on the rise. Formed a few years ago, husband and wife team, Michelle Phelan and Peter McGrane’s music is starting to hit the mainstream. With a new management company and a distinct sound, they are carving out great tunes that can be heard on RTE’s Radio 1, 2FM, Phantom FM as well as all national and local radio stations and Television programmes such as The Late Late Show have seen fast rise to their musical recognition.
